1.

What services do you provide?

We are a full service lawn and landscaping service for residential and commercial customers. 

We offer:

  • Basic Lawn Maintenance (The Basics) - Mowing, edging, weed-eating, and blow out 
  • Full Service Maintenance - The basics plus bed maintenance, shrub/hedge trimming, and light tree pruning.
  • Property Clean Up - Clean up of the entire property includes the basics, cleaning of the beds, hedge/shrub trimming, light tree pruning, trash clean up, and installing mulch if desired.
  • Tree Trimming, Removal, Stump Grinding
  • Landscaping projects
  • Lawn Treatments - Fertilization, Pre-Emergent, Weed & Feed
  • Seasonal Color Changes

 

 


2.

When do you guys come out?

Our crews start off each morning around 8am and finish around 5pm. Your home is scheduled in the most logical geographical order with our existing customers. We will typically be out around the same time each week, barring weather. A special mow day can be requested, but we reserve the right to charge additionally for this luxury if it is to far off our current route. We normally service certain areas on certain days of the week.


3.

What if its going to rain or is raining on my service day?

A bit of drizzle or light shower doesn’t bother us too much, and our commercial mowers are light on their feet and won’t cause damage to your lawn. If it’s a thunderstorm, or raining heavily, we will reschedule your service to the following business day or as soon as weather clears.


4.

How can I make my payment?

We accept many methods of payment. We can accept payments on-site with credit/debit cards using "Square" credit card reader, cash, check, and payments online. If you would like to make your payment online, we will send you an invoice with a link to make your payment thru our payment processing system Intuit. We also offer AUTO DRAFT! It's safe and easy... We will automatically debit your credit/debit card per service or the end of each month.

Do you offer monthly billing?

Yes! We offer monthly billing. Invoices are sent by email around the 25th of each month with due dates of the 1st of each month, each email includes a link to make your payment. To get started, we normally request the first month paid up front and then monthly payments are due on the 1st of each month after. 

Example: You sign up for services on Oct. 15th. We will bill you for the remaining of October up front, and then your November invoice is emailed on Oct 25th with your payment due on November 1st.

I want year-round lawn service. Can I pay the same rate each month?

Yes! We would be happy to offer an averaged rate that makes sense with the seasonal changes. To come up with the rate, we consider how many services your lawn would need for the whole year (all seasons) x $ per service, plus any additional charges for excessive leaf clean up during the fall depending on your trees (how many and sizes) and average it out by 12 months!


7.

What if I have a lock on my gate?

If you keep a locked gate, we generally recommend that you switch to a combination lock and give us the code so we can lock it back up to you when we’re through. Otherwise you’re responsible for locking/unlocking on your mowing day. If we unload all of our equipment and find you forgot to unlock your gate, we’ll mow everything we can and move on. If it’s on a fertilizing or spring clean-up day, we’ll phone you and reschedule service.


8.

What about bagging?

We use commercial mowers that typically prevent the need for bagging, even if you’ve had to bag in the past with your mower at home. If it becomes an issue, we do offer bagging at an additional charge.


9.

When will my debit/credit be charged?

We typically process your credit card within five business days of your service.


10.

I have a dog, is that a problem?

As a mowing company full of pet lovers, we stress our pet policy for their protection. Our big mowers are scary, and if your pooch is loose in the back yard, we won’t go in. We ask that you keep your pet inside on your mowing, fertilizing, or spring/fall clean-up day. Also, unless you’ve added our dog waste pick up service (add-on service), we ask that you pick up after your pet. 


11.

What if I need to skip a service?

If you need to skip a cut for whatever reason, please notify us by email at least one business day before your usual service. Our email address is jesse@jjlawncarefw.com
